In Yekaterinburg, new trams continue to break down.
In Yekaterinburg, new trams have started to break down and derail. This is reported by the Telegram channel "Light. Yekaterinburg."
According to the information from the TG channel, the three-section tram 71-233A from "Sinara" was removed from the routes due to a loud noise from the middle bogie. The tram did not reach Shartash, turned around, and went back to the depot. In the days following the incident, it only returned to service once, after which it was taken back with the same malfunction.
Earlier, we reported that a new tram derailed on Dolores Ibarurri Street. Tram drivers also told the Telegram channel Ural Mash that the reason lies in the tracks—due to the warming, the ground becomes saturated with moisture, the rails become unstable, and the joints between them spread apart.
