      The incident was described by the victim, an administrator at the clinic "Three Cats." According to her, on March 18, they received a call from a woman who was inquiring whether they could administer a medication purchased on a marketplace to her dog. In response, she was offered to come in with the animal for an examination first, to avoid causing harm, and only after that a decision would be made.

      — On the same day, I was informed that a certain woman was dissatisfied that I had refused her acquaintance, suggesting that she come in for an appointment first. The next day, March 19, the woman came to the clinic in person and called me into the office to "talk." At that moment, I couldn't even imagine how this "conversation" would turn out, — the veterinary clinic employee told "Incident."

      The visitor was furious. She claimed that this medication for arthritis (it later turned out to be a dietary supplement) had already been administered to her friend Galia's dog at this clinic. She was outraged that the girl took it upon herself to decide this matter. She also demanded to transfer 500 rubles to her friend's card, as she had come with the dog "from Chernoyistochinsk."

      After the girl mentioned that since the doctor was her acquaintance, the dog owner could have arranged an appointment with her personally, the visitor completely lost control and rushed to beat the unfortunate administrator. She did this with ease, as she noticeably surpassed the girl in build.

      The outrageous behavior of the visitor was recorded "from start to finish" by a surveillance camera installed in the premises. The victim documented her injuries and has already filed a report with the police.

This is a situation that goes beyond acceptable behavior and poses a real threat to the safety of employees, — she explained why she does not intend to simply forget what happened. — Moreover, no matter what the situation is, no one has the right to use physical force against another person and cause harm, nor do they have the right to insult and extort money.
