The "Fan-Fan" management in Yekaterinburg has restricted through traffic in the shopping center parking lot.
The administration of the "Fan-Fan" shopping center in Yekaterinburg is charging motorists living in the area a fee for passing through the shopping center's parking lot. This was reported by the EAN agency, citing local residents.
The rule, along with the barrier, appeared at the end of this winter but disappeared after residents expressed their dissatisfaction—responding to the shopping center's actions by sending complaints.
Today, the barrier has been activated again, one of the readers told EAN.
Due to the ban on through traffic, conflicts arise between the parking security of the shopping center and motorists trying to get home. People do not understand the reasoning behind such measures.
According to information from the stand near the barrier, parking is free for the first two hours. After that, a fee of 200 rubles per hour is charged.
