"Brusnika" announced a forthcoming increase in housing prices in Yekaterinburg.
In Yekaterinburg, housing prices may rise again in 2027. This was stated by the commercial director of the developer "Brusnika," Alexander Babulenko. According to him, for the last two years, there has been a deferred demand in the city, as 80% of buyers cannot purchase an apartment due to the restrictive rate set by the Central Bank. Babulenko clarified that the demand has also shifted towards ready-made housing. The representative of "Brusnika" believes that the accumulated demand for apartments in the city will enter the market in 2027, provided that the Bank of Russia continues to lower the key rate, writes EAN. It was previously reported that Yekaterinburg developers are refusing to hand over apartments "turnkey."
