Customers of "Rostelecom" can now receive technical support in the MАХ messenger chats, the press service of the Yekaterinburg branch of "Rostelecom" reported on Thursday.
The "Rostelecom Support" chatbot for individuals and "Rostelecom Business Support" for legal entities were launched in January and have already become a reliable additional communication channel for the company's subscribers - in the last month, the number of inquiries has doubled.
Consultations are provided by phone number and account number, no additional data is requested.
With the help of the chatbot, customers can pay bills, change tariffs, connect additional services, and much more.
Customer support is also available in the personal account on the official website and in the "Rostelecom" app, the press service added.
