      Starting from June 1, 2026, a new support measure for families with children will be introduced in the Sverdlovsk region. Working parents of two or more children will be able to receive an annual payment—a partial reimbursement of the personal income tax (PIT) paid for the previous year.

      Parents, adoptive parents, and guardians of children up to 18 years old (or up to 23 years old if studying full-time) can count on this assistance if the income per person in the family does not exceed 1.5 times the subsistence minimum. In the region, this indicator for 2025 is 17,556 rubles.

      The amount of the payment will allow for the return of 7 out of 13% of the tax paid in 2025. Applications can be submitted from June 1 to October 1 through the Social Fund, MFC, or the "Gosuslugi" portal.

      The payment is not available to those who did not pay PIT, have only self-employment income, or, for example, have lost parental rights.
