The melodrama filmed in Yekaterinburg caused a sensation in Latin America.

      The youth melodrama "Your Heart Will Be Broken," filmed in Yekaterinburg, will be released internationally this summer, reports "URA.RU" citing the creators of the film.

      Filming took place in the fall of 2025 in Yekaterinburg. As the creators explained, the filming location was chosen based on the description of the city in Anna Jane's book (real name - Anna Potapkina): it had to be modern, with a capital spirit, but not a capital city. The director of the film is Mikhail Vainberg.

      In addition to teenage love, the film (16+) addresses important issues - parenting problems and childhood trauma. Special attention is given to school bullying, reports "URA.RU."

      As noted in the press release from the online cinema that is among the creators of this teenage romantic melodrama, the reaction of young Latin Americans on social media attracted the attention of international distributors - fan communities for the film have already emerged there, even before its release.

      Starting August 6, the film will begin screening in Latin American countries.
