Twelve residential buildings will be demolished in Vtorchermet.

      In Vtorchermet, a comprehensive territory development project has begun, during which it is planned to demolish houses within the boundaries of Selkorovskaya, Musorgsky, Gazorezchikov streets, Obkhodny lane, and Okrugny. The area involved in the renovation process exceeds 28.3 thousand square meters.

      As part of the KRT, a modern residential quarter will be created here. The plan includes the construction of a kindergarten for 100 places and a modern sports facility. In addition, the renovation program includes a major overhaul of school No. 21.

      New roads, equipped pedestrian crossings, boulevards, and bike paths will appear in the area. The project includes the installation of small architectural forms and comprehensive landscaping of the quarter, writes Ura.Ru.

      — This KRT project has become the second stage of the systematic renewal of the southern part of the city for the company "Praktika." Until now, this area had a questionable image, despite its favorable location and environmental conditions. The implementation of the project aims to overcome this stereotype. "KRT gives the territory a new impetus for development: the housing stock is being updated, and a modern and comfortable urban environment is emerging. It is important for us not only to develop this part of Yekaterinburg but also to change the attitude towards the area, revealing its potential and attracting new residents here," the company clarified.

      The project implementation period is seven years from the date of signing the contract.
