The report of the fire on Taganskaya Street in Yekaterinburg was received by the duty officer on May 21 at 17:04, according to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Sverdlovsk Region. An apartment on the 7th floor of the 10-story municipal residential building No. 53 was on fire.
