Residents of Yekaterinburg are ready to spend 65,000 rubles on their child's graduation.
Residents of Yekaterinburg are, on average, ready to spend about 50-65 thousand rubles on their child's graduation. This conclusion was reached by analysts from Avito after surveying parents of high school seniors.
According to the research, families allocate about 22 thousand rubles for creating a festive look. Most parents plan to buy graduation attire: 34% online, 23% in regular stores. Some are also considering renting outfits or purchasing items on resale.
The choice of look is most often made together with the child, although a third of parents are willing to fully trust this to the graduate. One in five also plans to use the services of a stylist.
Among beauty services, the most in-demand are hairdressers, nail service specialists, and eyelash experts. Parents also frequently order the services of makeup artists and brow specialists.
The most popular celebration format remains a restaurant—this option was chosen by 34% of respondents. Another third of families do not plan a joint celebration with the class and intend to celebrate the graduation at home with close ones. Some graduates will limit their celebration to a party at school or a picnic in nature.
For organizing the celebration itself—banquet, venue rental, music, and decoration—parents are ready to spend an average of 28 thousand rubles. Most expect to stay within a budget of 15 to 30 thousand rubles.
