The court ordered the municipal unitary enterprise "Teplodom" to carry out the reconstruction of the heating plants in Kushva, which was left without heat in January.
The Kushva City Court has ordered the municipal unitary enterprise KMO "Teplodom" to carry out the reconstruction of the boiler houses, the press service of the Sverdlovsk region courts reported on Friday.
The administrative claim against KMO "Teplodom" regarding the reconstruction of the boiler houses was partially satisfied by the Kushva court. It obligated the enterprise to:
- conduct regulatory and adjustment tests no later than September 15 of this year;
- approve the regulatory maps for the boiler houses KZPV, Rudnichnaya, ZTO, Kvartalnaya, Uralnaya, Bloknaya, Puteitsev, BLPK, Aziatskaya;
- carry out a number of other organizational and technical measures.
The court's decision has not yet entered into legal force and can be appealed within one month from the date of the decision.
Recall that in the 20s of January this year, residents of Kushva were left without heat in 30-degree frost due to a breakdown at two boiler houses. It later turned out that Kushvans freeze in their apartments every winter. The heating services provided to the city's residents were of poor quality.
In February, there were reports of a criminal case against the head of MUP "Teplodom." According to investigators, the funds intended for ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the boiler houses were not used for their intended purpose.
Governor Denis Pasler set the task for the head of Kushva to put a new block-modular gas boiler house into operation by the beginning of the upcoming heating season.
