In Yekaterinburg, a girl has been living under the threats of a madman for two years.
In Yekaterinburg, a 23-year-old medical student has been under the influence of psychological terror known as stalking for two years. This is reported by the Baza channel in MAX.
Threats against her have been sent by an unknown person to the girl's friends from an anonymous social media account for two years. In these messages, he describes how he will inflict pain and injuries on the 23-year-old student. For example, he claims to have already come to the educational institution and is about to "douse her face with acid."
The stalker refers to her as "scum" and "cursed." For some reason, he is fixated on the girl's reproductive system, promising to "retrieve" her uterus with his hand and cut it into "meat" and "rags."
At the same time, the stalker posts online footage where he mocks printed photographs of the girl—placing them on graves and in temples next to candles "for the repose."
The account has been blocked several times, but after a while, the stalker would again send the girl messages that drove her to paranoia.
Judging by the style of the messages, it is a woman who is terrorizing Elizabeth, but she does not explain why. The stalker only hints that the girl is greatly guilty before her, for which she was "cursed."
The student has already contacted the Investigative Committee and the prosecutor's office, Baza reports.
Renowned lawyer and head of a law firm Sergey Kolosovsky, commenting at the request of "KP-Yekaterinburg" on the stalker's threats from the perspective of the Criminal Code, explained that this anonymous person violates at least two articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation—on desecration of burial sites and on the inviolability of private life.
Insults directed at the girl fall under an administrative article. As for the criminal article "Threat of murder," the lawyer added in a conversation with "KP-Yekaterinburg" that the law requires a likelihood of real reprisal.
"The longer he writes, the less likely it is that he will kill," Kolosovsky noted.
