      A woman with memory loss was helped to be rescued and returned to her family by the staff of the Criminal Executive Inspection (CEI) of the Federal Penitentiary Service in Nizhny Tagil.

      The woman, sleeping on the ground without obvious signs of intoxication, was discovered in the yard of a residential building today, June 19, by employees of the branch for the Dzerzhinsky district of Nizhny Tagil CEI of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region, internal service captains Anna Shumelnaya and Ekaterina Kazakova.

      When asked about her relatives, place of residence, and name, the woman was unable to respond. To establish the identity of the citizen, the CEI staff created a verbal portrait of her and contacted the police and the search team "Lisa Alert."

      It was established that the woman had indeed been missing and was being sought by relatives since June 18. The woman was handed over to the caring hands of her daughter.

      Captain of the internal service, deputy head of the branch Anna Shumelnaya has been serving in the CEI since 2018, and senior inspector of the branch Ekaterina Kazakova has been serving since 2013.
