      June 25, 2026 The State Expertise did not approve the project documentation and the results of engineering surveys for the first phase of the reconstruction and construction of Tatishchev Street, including the update of the tram line. This was reported by 66.RU.

      The project includes not only the extension of the road along Tatishchev but also the update of two sections of the tram line - from Krasnouralskaya Street to Vikulova Street and from Vikulova Street to Lotsmanovykh Street, 66.RU reports.

      According to the project, the rails should be slightly shifted parallel to the existing ones and extended into the future microdistrict "VIZ-Right Bank."

      The refusal was given for technical reasons - the contractor did not manage to submit all the documents for expertise on time, 66.RU was explained by the press service of the city administration.

      They assured that the documents would be resubmitted, and this would not affect the timelines of the work. The construction of the road, costing 11 billion rubles, is planned to be completed in the fall of 2027.

      It was previously reported that the microdistrict "VIZ-Right Bank" would be developed in four stages. The expansion of Tatishchev Street is one of them. For this, a decision was made to demolish a number of houses, including a five-story building at 30 Zavodskaya Street, which housed a supermarket of the "Kirovsky" chain for many years.
