The Sverdlovsk business asked gas stations to lift restrictions on fuel sales.

In the Sverdlovsk region, business representatives are asking gas stations to lift restrictions on the sale of fuel in canisters, reports v-tagile.ru.

The need to ease the ban is due to the fact that specialized construction and municipal equipment cannot independently access gas stations for refueling. This complicates operations.

"We were told that the issue of lifting the ban on sales in canisters needs to be addressed. The reason is that construction and landscaping equipment like heavy rollers cannot access gas stations. The summer season of domestic tourism is in full swing, which includes ATVs, boats, and other similar equipment. Plus generators, chainsaws, and a lot more," a source in the gas station market told the publication "Signal Ural."
