The acquittal of a woman who ordered the murder of her teenage daughter has been overturned in the Urals (VIDEO)
The Chelyabinsk Regional Court, upon the appeal of the prosecutor, annulled the acquittal of a resident of the Kizilsky district who organized the murder of her own minor daughter. This was reported by the regional prosecutor's office the day before.
The resident of the Izmailovsky settlement was accused of ordering the murder of her daughter, born in 2013, from a fellow villager in April of last year. The woman explained her motive as conflicts with her daughter.
For 100,000 rubles, the mother offered the "killer" to commit the murder of the girl by drowning her in the river Bolshaya Karaganka. Instead, the man reported to law enforcement authorities.
On the day of the alleged murder, April 16, 2025, the accused instructed her daughter to go with the man, creating conditions for the commission of a crime that did not occur due to circumstances beyond her control.
The woman was charged under part 3 of article 33, part 1 of article 30, subparagraphs "b" and "z" of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of preparation for the murder of a minor for hire). A criminal case was initiated based on the testimony of the man.
The customer did not admit her guilt, and the jury found the event of the crime unproven, delivering a verdict of acquittal. Based on this, the Agapovsky District Court (which has a permanent presence in the village of Kizilskoye) acquitted the woman in early June of this year due to the absence of a crime event.
On Monday, July 20, the Chelyabinsk Regional Court annulled the acquittal by appellate ruling. The criminal case has been sent for new judicial consideration due to significant violations of the criminal procedural law that occurred during the process.
