Sverdlovsk bailiffs took the child from the mother, who remained with the father by court order.

      In Rezh, bailiffs took a minor child from the mother and handed him over to the father, thus fulfilling the court's decision. This was reported by the press service of the Main Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region.

      The court's decision to determine the place of residence of the minor child and the mother's obligation to hand him over to the father was received for execution by the Rezh District Department of Bailiffs of the Main Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region. The man explained that repeated attempts to take the child from his ex-wife were unsuccessful.

      The mother answered phone calls, but refused to appear for a meeting with the bailiff. She was not found at her place of residence, but during a patrol of the nearby area, the woman was located—she was walking her dog and buying ice cream at a store.

      "The debtor was brought to the bailiff's office. After explaining the responsibilities that arise from non-compliance with the court's decision, the respondent, under the supervision of the bailiffs and in the presence of guardianship authorities, handed the child over to the father. The court's decision to determine the child's place of residence with the father has been fully executed," the agency's message states.
