      The court has arrested a young recidivist who attacked a 17-year-old teenager with a knife in the yard of a house in Verkhnyaya Pyshma.

      The charges under paragraphs "d, z" of part 2 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of serious harm to health for hooligan motives using an object used as a weapon") have been brought against 19-year-old Alexey Yuzhakov by the Investigative Committee of Russia.

      According to the investigation, on July 29 of this year, Yuzhakov, in the yard of a house on Mashinostroiteley Street, 4/1 in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, inflicted at least two knife wounds to the chest of the minor for hooligan motives.

      — The suspect walked past the victim.       The Verkhnyaya Pyshma City Court granted the investigator's petition to detain the accused until September 28. The court's ruling has not yet entered into legal force.

      At the moment, the detained Yuzhakov is also a subject of a criminal case under the article on intentional infliction of harm to health — two months ago he stabbed a man due to a remark made for his inappropriate behavior in a public place, Colonel Gorelykh reported.
