In the Sverdlovsk region, milk producers are planning to raise prices.

Representatives of the livestock complex warned Governor Denis Pasler about plans to raise prices starting September 1. This was stated by a representative of one of the enterprises at a meeting that took place near Sysert during the Field Day.

The regional head was informed that dairy enterprises are selling milk below cost due to overproduction, which has put some of them on the brink of crisis.

      — The more milk we produce in the region, the lower the price falls, the publication EAN quotes the representative of the enterprise.

Agrarians are asking to raise the purchase price from 42 to 45 rubles.

Earlier, Sverdlovsk agrarians were promised fuel, but with strict limits of 1.5 tons.
