The debtor organization, through its own fault, temporarily lost an elite car worth millions of rubles due to a debt of several hundred.
The enforcement proceedings against the organization, which had accumulated a tax debt of 340 thousand rubles, were handled by the Kirov District Department of Bailiffs in Yekaterinburg, reported on Tuesday by the Main Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Sverdlovsk Region.
The debtor's car, a "Mercedes," was discovered by the bailiffs in a parking lot, seized, and towed to a specialized impound lot.
After the "Mercedes" was placed under arrest, the organization quickly found a way to pay off the debt, as well as pay the enforcement fee of 110 thousand rubles.
As a result, the debt was paid in full. After fulfilling the obligations, the arrest on the car was lifted.
