Почти 70% работников Екатеринбурга намерены увеличить свои доходы в 2026 году. Желаемый уровень заработной платы горожане оценивают в среднем в 114 тысяч рублей в месяц. Об этом информацию предоставили пресс-службы «Авито Работа» и «Авито Реклама».
В компаниях отметили, что стремление к увеличению заработка влияет на методы поиска новой работы. Так, 45% екатеринбуржцев узнают о вакансиях через личные связи – друзей, коллег и родственников. При этом заметно увеличивается значение цифровых каналов: 39% респондентов обращают внимание на объявления о вакансиях на сайтах и маркетплейсах. Еще по 15% опрошенных получают информацию о работе из рекламы в социальных сетях и мессенджерах.
Кроме того, ранее стало известно, что Свердловская область вошла в топ-15 регионов страны по уровню доходов населения.
