"Shaurma" was shut down for three months in Verkhnyaya Pyshma due to numerous violations.

      The operation of the "Shawarma" pavilion has been suspended for 3 months in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Sverdlovsk Region reported on Tuesday.

      Bailiffs of the Verkhnepyshminsky District office suspended the operation of the café at Petrova Street, 34b for 90 days by court order due to a violation of legislation on ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population.

      An inspection of the food service outlet by Rospotrebnadzor specialists revealed the following violations:

      1. The catering establishment is not equipped with cold and hot water supply systems, i.e. there are no conditions for employees to observe personal hygiene rules;

      2. Water brought in is used to prepare hot beverages, but there are no documents confirming that it meets drinking water requirements;

      3. Food products are stored together with non-food items (for example, cooked meat is stored near bags of coal);

      4. Stored food products (lavash, cucumbers, tomatoes, sauces) are not labeled (expiration date, storage conditions);

      5. Wet cleaning with detergents and disinfectants is not carried out in a timely manner in the pavilion premises. Specifically, there is dirt on the floor in joints and corners and on the baseboard, streaks on the wall, and the table is dirty;

      6. Insects were found in the premises;

      7. The sale of finished products for the following day is permitted;

      8. Employees are not examined for purulent skin diseases of the hands and exposed areas of the body, or for signs of infectious diseases.

      The court found the organization guilty of committing an offense under Article 6.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Violation of sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the organization of public catering).

      Bailiffs of the Verkhnepyshminsky office initiated enforcement proceedings for the administrative suspension of activities.

      The officers immediately went to the organization's address and sealed the entranceways to the premises, warning the head of the debtor organization of the liability in case of unlawful resumption of activities.
