A new large cottage-style settlement will appear in the suburbs of Yekaterinburg, near the Verkhne-Makarovskoye Reservoir. On a designated site of nearly 280 hectares, several hundred modern homes will be built, as well as all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable life: educational institutions (a school and a kindergarten), retail and leisure facilities, including a shopping and entertainment center. Construction will be carried out in stages until 2045. The first phase of work, which will begin as early as next year, includes the creation of a civic and business center, an area for allotment gardening, and the start of improvements to the recreational zone with new roads and public spaces along the Karasya River.
