Since September 1, the preinstallation of the RuStore app store has become mandatory for all smartphones, but on iOS this is technically unavailable.
"Apple's operating system is closed, so all devices come without preinstalled Russian applications," one store explained. "Since September 1 we have been asking all buyers to sign a notice stating that there are no preinstalled applications on the phones."
Sellers ask customers to sign such agreements to avoid problems later, URA.RU writes.
"When I bought the phone they gave me a contract to sign in which I waive any claims and agree that the phone has defects. Another buyer also signed a similar contract," one of the iPhone 17 buyers told URA.RU.
