“She was walking home. Someone on a scooter crashed into her back and fell on her. Then this person got back on and rode away. He was with an acquaintance. Both scooters were yellow. It’s possible someone’s dashcam recorded the moment,” the victim’s friend told the portal E1.RU.
The girl was taken to the trauma department of Hospital No. 36, where she was diagnosed with a compression fracture of a vertebra.
