"At the beginning of the week the weather in the region will be determined by an Arctic anticyclone. It will cause a predominance of slight cloudiness and a light wind that will die down by Monday evening. On the day of November 3, despite the lack of significant cloud cover, daytime highs are expected to be below zero," Pulin noted.
The coldest point will come on Tuesday night. Expect winter frosts down to -17°C. However, by Tuesday evening cloud cover will begin to increase due to an approaching warm frontal system. On Wednesday, with the passage of the front, the air mass over the region will change from Arctic to moderately cold. That will be enough for a significant warming to above-zero temperatures.
