      Special navigation for tracking flight status has been introduced in the departure waiting areas of Koltsovo Airport.

      QR codes have been installed in parts of the waiting halls where passengers cannot see the flight information displays. They are most often placed next to the sofas where travelers wait to board.

      Scanning a code opens a section on the airport’s website where, by entering the flight number, you can find out whether check-in is underway, whether boarding has begun, confirm the boarding gate number and obtain other up-to-date information.

      Earlier, Koltsovo introduced a new convenient check-in and baggage drop-off system for passengers.
