A woman from Kamensk-Uralsky grabbed her 5-year-old son by the neck and beat her 11-year-old daughter. Lawyer Sergey Barsukov, representing the interests of the children's father, has turned to the Investigative Committee of the Sverdlovsk Region.
According to the lawyer, the couple divorced because of the woman's infidelity. She then filed for child support and began receiving it, although in fact the children live with their father. The mother, the father's lawyer says, is not involved in their upbringing, is not officially employed and abuses alcohol.
The girls' father went to court to establish a permanent place of residence for the children. While he was preparing for the trial, information emerged about the abuse the minors had endured. In particular, she beat her 5-year-old son while visiting an acquaintance with whom she had been drinking alcohol in the children's presence. The men who were in the apartment at the time protected the little boy — they pulled her away from the child. But the Ural woman herself denies the accusations, Ura.Ru reports, citing Sergey Barsukov.
