"Due to scheduled repairs at refineries, fuel production volumes have declined. At the same time, demand in road transport and agriculture traditionally increased, which pushed prices up first on the wholesale market and then at gas stations," the agency's report says.
According to Sverdlovskstat, fuel prices increased noticeably compared with October 2024. The average price of AI-92 rose from 52.73 to 61.77 rubles per liter, AI-95 — from 56.96 to 65.88 rubles. Diesel fuel became 10.9% more expensive and on average reached 74.15 rubles per liter.
