      The dismantling will take place as part of a municipal program; the corresponding decree has already been signed by Mayor Alexey Orlov.

      According to documents posted on the city administration's website, the largest number of buildings slated for demolition is in the Chkalovsky district — 76. In the Zheleznodorozhny district 49 structures will be removed, in Oktyabrsky — 48, in Kirovsky — 44, in Ordzhonikidzevsky — 35. The fewest dilapidated properties are listed in the Verkh-Isetsky district — 19, and in Leninsky — only 6.
