      Court bailiffs of the Sverdlovsk Region secured repayment of overdue wages to employees of LLC "ESK Energomost" in the amount of more than 653.5 million rubles. The funds were transferred to 2,496 company employees, the press service of the regional office of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) reported.

      The agency clarified that 2,496 enforcement proceedings had been initiated against the organization to recover unpaid wages. During the course of their work, the bailiffs established that the debtor company held a claim against a power grid holding for work performed in the amount of 2.5 billion rubles.

      Accordingly, an order was sent to the network company to enforce attachment of that claim. After that, 653,551,000 rubles were credited to the FSSP unit’s deposit account, which were paid out in full to the employees.

      As a result, the wage arrears to the employees were fully settled.
