Sverdlovsk residents were advised not to go to shopping centers.

      Health officials in the Sverdlovsk Region advised people to visit shopping centers as rarely as possible. This is due to the active spread of flu and acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) in the region. For obvious reasons, shopping centers become places with the highest concentration of people per square meter.

      Rospotrebnadzor asks that preventive measures be followed if you do go to a shopping center:

      — avoid peak shopping hours;

      — do not take small children with you;

      — minimize the time spent in the shopping center;

      — keep your distance from other people;

      — do not touch your face with your hands while outside the home;

      — wash your hands (remember hand sanitizer);

      — wear a mask.

      Upon returning home, wash your hands thoroughly with soap, and also rinse your mouth and throat.
