As established by the court, the woman owned a share in a house on 40th October Street. In August and October 2025, she registered two citizens of Tajikistan, but in fact, the housing was uninhabitable, and the foreigners had never lived there.
During the investigation, the accused fully admitted her guilt, and the case was considered in a special procedure - without a full court hearing.
The court qualified her actions under the article on the fictitious registration of foreign citizens and imposed a sentence of 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment conditionally with a probation period of 1 year.
In addition, the court ordered the share of the residential house and the land plot owned by the convicted woman to be transferred to the state. This decision was made because the property was used in the commission of the crime.
It is noted that the seized housing was not the only one for the woman.
