      In Satka, FSB and Investigative Committee employees detained the deputy head of the bailiffs' department, Natalia Smyslyaeva. She is suspected of receiving bribes from entrepreneur Aidar Gazimullin. The bribe giver has also been detained.

      — From January 2023 to August 2025, the suspect provided the bribe giver with information of interest to him, contained in closed departmental databases. She ensured the unhindered transfer of funds from the company's accounts in the framework of fulfilling claims against the enterprise where he held a managerial position, the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region clarified.

      According to Ura.Ru, Smyslyaeva helped the businessman avoid responsibility for gross evasion of creditor debt payments and non-compliance with legally binding court decisions, as well as reducing the enforcement fee. The amount of the bribe in just one of the identified episodes amounted to no less than 470 thousand rubles. Smyslyaeva and Gazimullin have been detained. Criminal cases have been initiated against them for receiving and giving bribes. It was previously reported that 14 years in a penal colony was requested for the former deputy minister of MUGISO.
