The reason for the restrictions will be the reconstruction of the main heating network and the ring water supply. Temporary road signs and indicators will be installed in the work area.
Detours will be organized along Marshal Zhukov, Chelyuskintsev, Boris Yeltsin streets, and Lenin Avenue. At the same time, public transport routes, as specified, will remain unchanged.
