      May 26, 2026 The Summer Theater in Mayakovsky Park opens its fourth season. However, it will not open on May 28 with the performance "Mayakovsky. Meeting" (the performance is canceled due to weather conditions), but on June 7, with the children's philharmonic performance "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer."

      The creative season of the Summer Theater is dedicated to meetings. Meetings that were supposed to happen and finally do happen.

      This season's poster features about 50 events - tours and performances by Ural stars, theatrical premieres, and symphonic concerts, shows, and festivals.

      Among the bright events of the summer, we would like to highlight the concerts of Sergey Penkin, Evgeny Tsyganov, Alexander F. Sklyar, Varvara Vizbor, Viktor Dobronravov, the tour of the Perm Academic Theater-Theater, and the project "Three Divas/Three Chickens" with the brilliant Mariam Merabova, Eteri Beriaashvili, and Ekaterina Balykbaeva.

      New this season is a tribute fest. Songs by ABBA, Queen, The Beatles, Muse, and Coldplay will be performed from the stage of the Summer Theater.

      Annual residents will return to the theater: "Provincial Dances," Sverdlovsk Musical Comedy, Sverdlovsk Philharmonic, and Children's Philharmonic. The "Festival of Magicians," loved not only by children but also by adults, will take place.

      The unusual sound of the Armenian duduk performed by Vitaly Pogosyan will be complemented this season by a concert of the Scottish bagpipe by Artemy Vorobyov.

      "The City of Lovers," "How Young We Were," "Good Mood," "Old Hotel," and other popular compositions from the Soviet era can be heard, and perhaps even sung along, at the cozy concert "The City of Lovers." A joint project of the trio Denis Galushka, the string trio Natalia Smolina, and the trio "Provence." The soloist is Marfa Melkova.

      Last year, the theater conducted an experiment with a fan zone in front of the Summer Theater stage. The experience was successful, and now the dance floor will appear not at three events, but at five.

      Some concerts will start at 8:00 PM and later, so that the audience does not miss their favorite artist's performance and gets the most impressions from the concert under the stars.
