As reported by the Department of Information Policy of the Sverdlovsk region, the first working meeting of the delegations took place within the framework of the Russian-Chinese EXPO in Harbin.
It is expected that the tourist route will be designed for seven days. Guests from Harbin, China, will spend four days in Yekaterinburg and three days in Murmansk.
According to Dmitry Ionin, Deputy Governor of the Sverdlovsk region, the development of the tourist direction is facilitated by many years of cooperation between the regions and Chinese partners.
It is anticipated that the new route will attract more tourists from China to both the Ural and the Arctic regions of Russia.
