"The lot includes a building with an area of 423.9 sq. m and a land plot of 0.3 ha. The starting price is 84.31 million rubles," the message from the Sverdlovsk Region Investment Attraction Agency, referenced by Interfax, states.
The house in the classical style was built in the first half of the 19th century on the order of second guild merchant K.V. Kalashnikov. Later, the property belonged to merchants S.M. Burdakova and E.A. Delasye, and subsequently to the family of the director of the match factory N.A. Vorozhtsov.
During the Soviet era, the estate was nationalized and used for communal housing, the agency writes.
Applications are accepted until July 27. The auction will take place on July 31.
In April, it became known that in the building of the former factory owner's house Zlokazov at 3 Proletarskaya Street, which is a cultural heritage site, a private school will open after its restoration.
