The incident occurred opposite house No. 9. Traffic police and an ambulance crew arrived at the scene. Initially, there was information on social media that the man had been hit by a tram, but this was later not confirmed.
As reported by the Telegram channel "Yekaterinburg. Main," the man was not injured—he simply fell asleep on the tracks, which forced the trams to stop.
After the man was removed from the tracks, public transport movement was fully restored. Trams are now operating as usual.
