A missile threat regime has been declared in the Sverdlovsk region.

      "Attention! A missile danger regime has been declared in the region!" reports the governor's channel of the Sverdlovsk region on Thursday.

      Responsible services and agencies are taking all necessary measures. For safety purposes, communication and mobile internet restrictions may be introduced.

      Actions in case of a missile danger announcement:

      - Go down to the basement, underground parking of the building, shelter, or refuge. Remember: using the elevator is prohibited!

      - Move to a room without windows (bathroom, corridor, pantry, toilet). Sit on the floor by a load-bearing wall and lower your head, protecting it with your hands.

      - Do not stay in open areas; if you are in a vehicle, leave it. Proceed to a shelter as quickly as possible.

      - If taking cover is impossible, find any depression (projection) in the ground or concrete structures and use them for protection, lying on the ground face down, covering your head with your hands.

      - Stay in the shelter until the sound signal "Danger is over."

      Do not pick up any debris or attempt to move it, and do not film or disseminate information about the operation of air defense systems or drones.

      Report any suspicious objects to the single number 112.
