According to the announcement from the seller, the company "RT-Capital," the engineering communications include electricity supply, a well, and a septic tank. This is a subsidiary of the state corporation "Rostec" that deals with non-core and troubled assets.
"The territory of the recreation center is fenced and under security. There are green plantings and grass cover on the territory. The area is illuminated. There is an unprepared volleyball court (only poles and a net), a water tank," indicates a representative of the owner.
The lot includes a land plot of 13.3 thousand square meters, on which the buildings of the recreation center and the guardhouse are located, as well as a well with a depth of 28 meters.
In addition, other property is for sale: two cottages for vacationers, a bathhouse, canopies, outbuildings, and auxiliary infrastructure elements.
The recreation center was already put up for sale last year, but the property could not be sold. Compared to the failed auctions, its price has not changed: the starting price is just over 8 million rubles, and the cutoff price (the minimum price to which the organizers are willing to lower the lot price - note from Uralweb.ru) is 5.6 million. A stepwise price reduction is provided, but not below the established threshold.
