The air mass over the region is gradually warming up, remaining moderately cold on Tuesday. Daytime temperatures are already higher than the day before, but the average daily values mostly remain below normal due to the cold night, notes the meteorologist in his Telegram channel "Weather in Yekaterinburg."
"We expect warming in a couple of days when a portion of warm air will arrive in the region from the front of cyclone 'Margarete,' which is currently located in eastern Europe," reports Alexey Pulina.
