The new gymnasium building from "Forum" will be built in Yekaterinburg on a new street.
The new building of Gymnasium No. 116 in the "Forum Park" quarter will appear on a new section of Uhtomskaya Street, designed by the developer. The project documentation for the new transport artery has been approved by the State Expert Review.
As part of the agreement with the city administration, the street project has been developed by the Forum developer. Currently, there is an unnamed passage in its place.
This small local street will connect Volgogradskaya and Zoologicheskaya Streets. Previously, this area "was cut off from the life of the city," noted the developer's press service.
In addition to the roadway and sidewalks, there will be parking lots, bike paths, modern street furniture, and multi-tiered landscaping. About 80 trees are planned to be planted.
The landmark objects that will appear on the new street in the Verkh-Isetsky district of Yekaterinburg will be the "Forum Park" quarter and the new building of Gymnasium No. 116.
The State Expert Review Office for the Sverdlovsk Region has issued a positive conclusion on the construction project for the new street.
"From a transport point of view, the new street alleviates traffic flows, connects key highways, improves accessibility not only to nearby buildings but also to houses on Repina Street, and enhances transport links with Shirokaya Rechka," reports the developer's press service.
The project also includes the reconstruction of the boulevard section of Volgogradskaya Street. It is intended to create a unified space with the future pedestrian alley, which is planned to be built alongside the construction of the gymnasium.
