A satellite group similar to Musk's Starlink flew over Yekaterinburg.
On August 23, 2026, Elon Musk's Starlink satellites were spotted over Yekaterinburg last night, reports the ZLOY EKB public group.
According to the channel, many residents observed the glowing chain in the sky. One user, who was driving along the highway near Pervouralsk at that moment, mistook the object flashing in the blackness of the sky for ball lightning. However, he was informed that the latter appears during dry thunderstorms when there is no rain. In the comments, it was suggested that the satellites observed by the Ural residents could also belong to a Russian group.
