September 21, 2025. Moscow restaurateur Arkady Novikov has opened a Georgian cuisine restaurant in the center of Yekaterinburg, reports “Kommersant‑Ural.”
The establishment "PRO.Khinkali" opened in "Mytny Dvor" on 8 Marta Street. It took the premises of IL Patio and TGI Fridays, which had ceased operations.

"'PRO.Khinkali' is an international chain of Georgian cuisine restaurants by Arkady Novikov, part of the Novikov Group project. The menu features authentic classics and original dishes with the chef’s interpretation," the restaurant's website states.
In July, the second Frank by Basta restaurant in Yekaterinburg opened at the Marins Park Hotel.
