      An administrative case has been drawn up against the driver under Part 3 of Article 12.27 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (Failure to fulfill duties in connection with a road traffic accident — note: Uralweb). It provides for a fine of 45,000 rubles and disqualification from driving for up to two years.

      At the same time, proceedings have been initiated under Part 2 of Article 12.24 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation — for causing bodily harm of moderate severity.
