Three residents of the Southern Urals were detained by officers of the UFSB and the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Chelyabinsk Region after they tore up a Russian passport on camera in one of the bars. This was reported on her Telegram channel by the official representative of the Russian Interior Ministry, Irina Volk.
"The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Chelyabinsk Region, together with officers of the regional FSB directorate, promptly established the identities of the offenders. They turned out to be residents of the city of Zlatoust and the Sosnovsky and Argayashsky districts of the Chelyabinsk Region, aged 18, 20 and 21," Irina Volk said.
The young men explained that the passport they destroyed had been reported lost and was invalid. The friends were drunk at the time.
"All participants in the incident have been detained and brought to the investigative authorities, which have made a procedural decision," Irina Volk added.
