A physics teacher got into a fight with a seventh-grader in Yekaterinburg. The incident occurred at School No. 52.
According to the media, the scuffle took place the day before, on November 24, over the pupil's behavior — the student was swearing in class and then began resisting the teacher's attempt to take him to the principal's office. As a result of the brawl, which happened in front of many children and was filmed by one of them on a phone, the teacher pushed the student.
"The teacher explains his actions by saying the pupil entered the class and was swearing. The teacher does not justify his actions; he admits his guilt," the city administration, which is already aware of the situation, said in a comment to "Ъ-Урал."
The school has launched an internal investigation, and the police have also opened an inquiry.
According to the Telegram channel Ural Mash, the student's mother said she has no complaints against the teacher.
