The bus driver, who was transporting passengers and did not have a license, was stopped on Thursday, April 23, during a preventive measure by the traffic police in Yekaterinburg, the agency reported.
The traffic police of Yekaterinburg conducted checks on passenger transport on April 23, including more than 30 buses. Eight violations were recorded.
One of the violators accumulated a whole "bouquet" of "administrative fines."
Thus, protocols were drawn up against the man for: driving a vehicle without a driver's license; driving a vehicle without a diagnostic card; driving a vehicle without a route sheet; driving a vehicle without a tachograph; driving a vehicle without mandatory civil liability insurance for the owner; carrying out commercial passenger transport without complying with established requirements.
The bus was detained and placed in a specialized parking lot.
Two more bus drivers stopped during the inspection did not have documents for the right to drive the vehicle. They were held administratively liable under part 2 of Article 12.3 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (Driving a vehicle without having the documents for the right to drive it, and the insurance policy for mandatory civil liability insurance for vehicle owners).
The traffic police of Yekaterinburg reminds: the safety of passenger transport is a priority in their work, and control in this area will continue.
