Initially, "Special Autoservices" explained the discrepancies as "data update." Later, it was revealed that the operator received incorrect information from government agencies (exact details unspecified).
The company suspended the sending of bills and promised a recalculation. However, corrected data will appear only in August payment notices.
Currently, residents are forced to spend time on calls, queues in offices, and collecting documents to prove that there are no "extra" people living in their apartments.
"Special Autoservices" reported that no action is needed for now. They will send correct bills.
